HTC Flyer Launch

Had the privilege to attend the HTC Flyer Launch together with 2 good buddies in office; Yvonne & Isaiah..

It was the 1st time that i ever attend such a product launch as a blogger.. so i was all excited.. the only problem is… i DID NOT bring my camera… so noob rite!! anyway.. thank God for Kless’ powerful G12.. i even managed to take photos in my fav nostalgic mode!! HAH!

The event was held at the Arts House.. very classy.. we were served drinks and also given a “goodie bag” each… 

 

Yes, we are easily thrilled…

    we sat through an approx hr of prdt description & Q&A..

although many of the questions asked are pretty technical and i am not exactly a tech savvy sort.. there are a few functions i was actually impressed with…   

i) Highlighting your notes/books with diff colours easily w the pen..  

ii) Taking photos and editing it on the spot

and printing it out wirelessly.. COOL..

iii) They have this “Time Mark” function. It works like this, while taking notes in a mtg, the tablet actually records down the meeting in an audio format and it could go back to the exact point where your notes were taken.. Very useful for secretaries like me..

Side track: Anyway, as the tablet comes with a pen, i asked the demonstrators a very silly question, “is the pen battery operated?”..

Yes, an ultimate bimbo moment… u can imagine Isaiah’s and Von’s horrified faces….

And i even bumped into my COUSIN.. pleasantly surprised..

Overall, it was a great experience for me, i hope i can do this more often! Fun Fun FUn! =)
