London Day 7

Kel should be the one blogging today!!! why?? Cos today is the day we are going to watch our Spurs match!!!!! (AHHH... screams in excitement in the backgrd)

Alright.. i can't wait to tell u all about it.. but i need to do this chronologically.. So pls bear with the boring 1st part of the day...

As our only agenda today is to visit White Hart Lane & watch the match.. we dilly dallied the whole morning.. slept till 9am.. ate cup noodles and slept somemore... Finally, we left the hotel at 1pm to go out for lunch...

no prize for guessing what we ate for lunch... Mcdonalds..
Frankly, i have not ate Macs so many days in a row.. but Macs is really everywhere.. we tried hard to find something else to eat, but we always seem to end up there.. haha...

Walked past Victoria Palace Theatre, which was showing Billy Elliot...

After lunch, it was time for us to make our way to White Hart Lane. Hurried to Victoria station to change to National Rail @ Seven Sisters.. btw, weather was superly COLD.. our teeth was chattering, legs shaking... temp dropped to about 2degrees.. after wad seemed like endless cold travelling, we finally reached!

We went extra early to pick up our tickets..
kel is carefully checking his tickets... thank you Bernice for booking the tics for us!
we were too early to enter the stadium, so we went.... SHOPPING @ the Spurs Shop...

Frankly, it is the 1st time i see Kel so excited about shopping.. almost everything that he picked up was "it's cheap ar" to him...
look at his happy face...

He bought a big bag...
But that's not the only thing he bought.. look inside! So many spurs mechandises!

Our fav!HUsband & Wife mugs.. cute ya=)

Then we had dinner at a nearby cafe which served really nice shepherd's pie... the owners are also spurs' fans... awesome...
How do i know? 1 of the many spurs posters hung on the wall...
Then time for the match!
The amazing stadium.. home of Tottenham
Kel on the outside.. Spurs fan on the inside..
The bird mascot... Players warming up b4 the match.. kick off...
and GOAL!and then i managed to record the 2nd and last goal of the match..
video
bringing the score tally to 2-0...

The atmosphere live is so different from watching it on TV.. of cos, putting aside the cold, the feeling of cheering, singing, clapping, shouting, together with so many other like-minded ppl is simply wonderful.. despite the fact that there is no commentary, ppl sitting near u are your live commentaries.. it was really an amazing experience.. coming all the way to London to watch a match, support a team u support, witness them win, cheering together and sharing kel's joy... awesome...

I'm loving it!
